- Proof of ownership — registration, title, or insurance card
- Police release, if applicable
- Authorization letter if a non-owner is picking up the vehicle
- Payment in full for towing, storage, and administrative fees
Accepted Payments
- Major credit cards
- Debit cards
- Insurance payments, where applicable
- Approved business accounts
- Payment must be completed before vehicle release
- Cardholder must be present unless prior authorization approved
- No personal checks accepted
- Disputed charges may delay release
Storage & Administrative Fees
- Daily storage fees may apply per state and local regulations
- Administrative and processing fees may apply depending on tow type
- Additional labor or special equipment fees may apply if required
Personal Property Removal
- Personal belongings may be retrieved during business hours with valid ID
- Hazardous items or items attached to the vehicle may not be removed without authorization
- SV Tow Pro is not responsible for personal property left in vehicles
Lot Safety & Security
- No unauthorized access to storage areas
- Customers must remain in designated areas unless escorted
- Children and pets must remain supervised at all times
- SV Tow Pro is not responsible for injuries resulting from unauthorized lot access
Important!
SV Tow Pro follows all North Carolina towing and storage regulations. Vehicles will only be released when all legal ownership, identification, and payment requirements are satisfied. SV Tow Pro reserves the right to refuse vehicle release if proper documentation cannot be verified.
